Please read through the terms and conditions. Once you're happy, confirm your booking date so that it's secured in the diary. Then sign the agreement and submit your 50% deposit payment...and let's make it happen!
Please read these terms and conditions and confirm acceptance prior to commencement of any filming and editing activities. By consenting to these terms and conditions you are stating that you agree to ADDOINK filming/editing your footage.
1. BOOKING
The date and time of filming will be considered ‘booked and confirmed’:
1.1 once the total fee has been agreed, the agreement has been signed and the 50% deposit has been paid.
1.2 The 50% deposit must be paid up to 14 days prior to the scheduled filming date.
1.3 If a booking is made with less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit will be non- refundable.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 ADDOINK will endeavour to keep any scheduled date for filming.
2.2 In case ADDOINK is unable to keep a filming date, ADDOINK will seek to reschedule wherever possible and avoid a cancellation.
2.3 ADDOINK will endeavour to contact the client either by email, phone or WhatsApp to mitigate a cancellation and reschedule.
2.4 If ADDOINK needs to cancel a filming date, the client will receive a full refund.
2.5 In the unfortunate event of a cancellation by the client, notification will need to be made in writing (either via email or WhatsApp).
2.6 The client is given a 14-day cooling off period starting from the date the deposit is paid and the terms and conditions have been signed, during which time, any cancellations made will receive a full refund of monies paid.
2.7 Any cancellations made after the cooling off period will render the deposit non-refundable.
3. EDITING
3.1 The client is entitled to two re-edits/amendments, after which, a fee of £50
applies to each further re-edit. This must be paid before amendments are made.
3.2 Please note that this could delay delivery times.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 The remaining balance will need to be paid once the final version of the content has been delivered to the client.
4.2 The final content will be delivered to the client via a commercially available content sharing platform, namely Dropbox (a hyperlink to this will be shared with the client via email).
4.3 The content sharing platform will enable the client to download the content in MP4 format onto a standard USB storage device, hard drive or desktop.
4.4 The content will be accessible for 30 calendar days, after this it will be removed.
